On way to ground strike on a fuel deport near Nijmegam. On way to combat area i spotted a four ship formation of aircraft of my port wing at 9 o'clock not sure what they where however they trailed us the whole time. I believe these where the aircraft that attacked us later. we were engaged by BF109g's and FW190's near Emmerich. White section engaged, i (white 1) engaged a BF109 with white 2 on my wing. I let off a quick few bursts, some hitting the fuel tank, consequence was a fuel leak. i squeezed of another burst and the first BF109 went down on fire, this was confirmed by white 2. I see in my mirror a second BF109 and turn to port to engage. White 2 was on my wing still. I give chase to the BF109. Yellow 1 followed behind us and fired a burst, this missed the BF109 and hit me (white 1) i let off a burst and hit the German pilot this killing him and sending the BF109 screaming down to the earth,this was confirmed by white 2. As a consequence of the friendly fire i was hit taking a shot to my right shoulder and possible engine damage along with fuselage damage, (this would result in me ditching later). After this i spot FW190 (possible D model due to the shortened wings and enlarged fuselage). Me and white 2 give chase i let off a burst hitting his wing but doing very little white 2 takes over me and hits the FW190 taking him down, i can confirm that. Next me and white 2 change vector to 230 and look for the rest of the flight to reform. On the way to reform me and white 2 spot a 4 ship HE111 formation but decide to not give chase due to our postilion. About 10mins later my engine dies on me at 12000ft i glide over to friendly lines grid 1117(?) just outside of Nijmegan i decide to crash land. The crash landing was perfect taking hardly no damage at all to the aircraft. I leave the aircraft and head to Nijmegan and manage to get a ride back to the airfield, i assume the BF109s and FW190's were sent over to give air cover to the German Armour below us near Emmerich.
