General Report

Flight B, designated BUMPER for this mission, conducted a defensive patrol over Hertogenbosch Defences, near the front lines. Flight was commanded by F/Lt 'Riksen' Richards with F/O 'Mac' Steele and ZaxOnTheBeach as wingman. Take-off was performed in formation with weather. Flight encountered a small fighter patrol over target at approximately 10000ft and quickly became overwhelmed by the enemy's superior energy. F/Lt 'Riksen' Richards's plane was damaged on the wing by enemy fighter so the unit squadron decided to RTB back to base.
