B flight was tasked with ground attack duties against the 21st SS Panzer Division. B flight consisted of Fg O Richards commanding, Plt O Mothe and myself. Encountered no resistance to our target and delivered our payload to the hun with ease. German armour did not take casualties remarkebly from the several 500 lb cookies we delivered with tremendous accuracy. B flight continued on a fighter sweep and encountered no enemy aircraft. | ||
